In 2023 I lost a dear friend to breast cancer. After that, I got very interested in breast massage and exploring plants to encourage lymphatic drainage, circulation and healthy breast tissue.

This oil is the result of that study.

HOW TO USE

1. Warm a small amount of oil in your hands.

2. Massage gently over breasts using circular motions, moving toward the heart to support lymphatic flow. (While this ritual is lovely to make time for, this can also be done quickly, right after a shower. Better to get the oil on than not at all!)

3. Use daily or a few times a week as part of a mindful self-care ritual.
