Period Kit

What is a period kit?

• Something you give to your daughter BEFORE she starts her first period
• Packed with everything she’ll need when her first menses hits
• Easy to carry so that she will never be caught without her supplies!
• Serves as a great conversation starter and teaching tool if you haven’t talked to her yet about what is coming
• Inconspicuous in a backpack, sports bag or sleepover bag.

What's inside?

• 2 Cotton flannel cloth pads (one for heavy flow one for light flow)
• 2 Flo bamboo disposable pads (regular and overnight)
• 1/2 oz bottle of Organic Cramp bark glycerite (natural, more effective alternative to commonly used NSAIDs)
• All in a cotton canvas tote, designed by a mother-daughter team!

All period kits come in either tween or regular body sized. Please indicate which size you would prefer based on the size of the person you are ordering for.
